Honestly love Clav but I’m kind of happy man. I hate how mainstream this looksmaxxing shit is getting, you have normies now who are into it when they very well can do good without it. I have regret, I squandered a lot of my life being an obese neckbeard. I wish I knew what I knew now when I was in High School, it would of made that time in my life much more enjoyable. If someone were to communicate the importance of looks in a rational way to me back than as I am now on my channel, I would of responded to it rather than just being hectored with normie platitudes that I'd ignore.

I looked similar to you (weight wise and body wise when I was in my late teens and very early 20s), so I resonate. Got gyno surgery etc.

I remember watching the original FaceandLMS vids back around Dec 2018 and that's where I guess I got "blackpilled". But there's no going back to the past. Doing the simple looksmaxxes (Tret, SPF, Reta/leanmaxxing, good hygiene, posture, white teeth, good clothes, good textured hair etc) - that's most of looksmaxxing.

I don't think there's really an "extreme" element or overthinking that needs to be applied. Whatever helps disclpline is good of course. But overall we are just trying to improve our lives.

I have regret for being fat back in younger years, but what can you do.
