So you said increasing potassium intake would trigger homeostatic regulation and it would secrete more coldaldosterone as well, what I dont understand is if this still happens if you keep the levels in a healthy range, lets say your intake is 1000mg of potassium and u take supplements to get to the healthy range of like 3.5k to 4.5k, would it still trigger homeostatic regulation and coldaldosterone production since its still in the healthy range, it doesnt make sense to me that the healthy range even exists if the body just regulates the levels with no consequences, i would understand if it triggered homeostatic regulation at higher levels ofc but i dont see a problem with increasing potassium to get to healthy levels and i dont see how its cope for facial bloating since low levels of potassium and high levels of sodium will inevitably make u more bloated, not sure if it was cope/placebo but i used to eat like 2-3 pounds of strawberries everyday in the summer and i did notice less facial bloat (though my overall diet was still supreme, so tell me if im wrong).

his vid seemed well done and i know he is autistic when it comes to certain subjects so i was curious, doesnt matter to me if he is cl/htn/mtn or sub5 when it comes to these topics
