Nigga should get MARPE with Facemask instead of Lefort 1 (no talking about the bsso) and infraorbital implants (or zygo implants I dunno)

Nigga was interested in Lefort 2-3 (but that’s to much risk for his cry baby ahh jfl just a jk) so MARPE is next best option for expanding whole maxilla not just the lower part

Nigga already has 1 to 1 ratio of begonial to bizygomatic (and u don’t want it bigger then that)

MARPE is the only way to expand ur whole maxilla getting a wider arch of the smile, expanding cheekbones, slightly Improving canthal tilt and eyespacing. With the face mask also getting infraorbital forward growth for his bb cream hidden eyebags.

I'm talking about the facemask not the marpe. With surgery you can widen it even more than you ever can with marpe and if his surgery is in November or whenever then putting in a Marpe for 1 month is retarded

I meant he could have gotten it months ago. JawHacks and the Indian guy did Facemask and got a few millimeters of forward growth.

I cannot expand the maxilla sideways with surgery (at least not the one he does)

MARPE would have given him infraorbital and zygomatic projection without implants, and also, improve eye spacing and nasal breathing (ik he doesn’t care and that trimax does this too though only through expansion of throat space not nasal cavity expansion) and nasal bone

Then he can go do his trimax implant shit

But that’s not the point

My question was about his lower third bigonial to bizygomatic ratio of doom

If hes moving the zygos forward it will increase perceived width, hes probably planned for it to be 1:1. I still agree tho he should go with smaller implants.

Yeah but he is also getting mandible width from bsso so bone alone not just implants. Like nigga either get bigger or more sideways projected zygo implants or just don’t increase jaw width with implants too much
