hard to tell. I dont think the bimax will ascend him very much. He is not a sfs type of ascension and for other people ive seen get bimax it was always pretty mid. Idk about the implants. They could make but also break him tbh. If he doesnt get botched anyway

Well, they probably include them so they can promote face lifts probably, but yes, face lifts are needed many of the times.

That's what i said at first, it's unnecessary, he could've at least went with a small implant but good shape, but he chose to go with a strong alternative leading to bigonial begin wider than bzygomatic width.

What about the whole 'anterior facial depth' thing, is that part of the upper jaw not going to be lacking, compared to the rest of his face?

Also, I don't see much advancement being planned. I think that's good cause he doesn't need much advancing. Implant design also looks good. But I'm not sure about the ramus widening.

If I had to call it, I think he's gonna look like a gears of war character from the front post op.
