If you have 5-6/10 bones, then strong healthy collagen skin is obviously a massive game-changer.

Even a 4/10 LTN can benefit substantially from it.

But a 7/10 bone structure + density with slightly bad skin will still mog.

And a 3/10 bone structure with perfect skin will just look like a man that's in denial.

ive suffered from lots of acne so I guess im trying to create a perfect plan to get rid of it rather than use accutane

seems like diet is the best, maybe I can pick up tret with a benzoyl peroxide cleanser again but as of now im just using a basic cleanser with no fragrance and beef tallow
