I’m trying to kill two birds with one stone by applying Sagittal and transversal growth by using both at the same time. I’m contacting my ortho Friday to see if this can be done but I would like your thoughts on it. Also supplementing heavy before the suture heals and hard Mewing along the way since this is a great time as the bone is healing up and could trigger bone remodeling with tongue posture. You definitely can. You should show your ortho Ronald Ead’s modified MSE (his ortho modifies it to directly attach it to a Facemask)

Great changes but it was only after 5 months at 500Gs of force

In the US, central Coast. 8K for the conventional route. I’m assuming the price will go up since I’m going to ask them for a modified version that can be in conjunct with facepulling

Imo Cope's device doesn't seem like the best idea to use. It's probably better to go with one that a qualified orthodontist made. Yea the one that Moon generally uses blocks the mandible but you could try emailing him or asking your ortho if there's a way to modify it so that it doesn't do this. Sandra K's BOW seems very good for our goals as I don't think there's any problems with it (not sure how much force it can handle though).

That’s amazing. Most ortholabs work together since my ortho is talking directly with a maxillofacial surgeon for MSDO. So I think it wouldn’t be too hard for them to ship me a modified expander

MSE will increase FWHR and zygos, it could help with orbitals but I’m not sure about that. I just want my canthal tilt roll raise and sclera to lessen. I believe that can be done with FacePulling

1-2mm maximum is expected with MSE so if you don’t have fish eyes it’ll actually help you

JawHacks.com has a full in depth summary of the benefits. The gap will be prominent there’s really no escaping it. You’ll look like a crack head, @forwardgrowth might know how long it’ll take for the gaps to close. I’m getting MSDO also so I’ll really look like a crack head lol. But if the gaps close within 8 weeks that’s virtually nothing

Luckily I found in my country an orthodontist who installed MSE and I only have to send photos to give me a diagnosis. I would love to combine it with facemask or MSDO but it is complicated.
