Acne seems to be diet imo, and my acne is really bad so don't doubt

Carnivore is bad for gains and fucks my energy, I could fall asleep while still fasted cuz I just had no fuel in the tank, woke up at 10pm hungry again went back to bed at like 12 after eating chicken again
