Low effort post but just sharing (I don’t come on here anymore)
Decided to take clen when doing my pct as it has anti-catabolic properties. So theoretically it preserves muscle.
I’ve been off steroids for about 2+ months. while in a DEFICIT. Anyone should know that being in a deficit while PCT is basically death tier for ur gains. HOWEVER introducing clen I believe retained a lot of loss gains for me.
It’s even funnier because I’ve been in a deficit, barely going to the gym and drinking every week. And I’ve still retained a decent amount of size while LOSING fat.
I miss being on steroids tho.
Side note: You should properly PCT (remain in a surplus).
