Clenching is lit an actual technique as it just develops your masseters and makes you have more muscle mass in that area, would most often make you have a sharper, more defined jaw which is universally attractive; main example of clenching advocates are: Brad Pitt, Ian Somaldaher or wtv his name is, literally any UFC fighter (Most have a mogger jaw due gum shield whick makes them clench for long periods of time, imagine how long they'd have to clench during sparring, actual fights, training etc...) the result more dominant, and a more chiseled look

Not only that but it benefits zygos as well since as the masseters grow they slightly lift and put more tension in the midface area, which would give you lifted cheeks

BEWARE however if you have inward gonions and your gonial angle is shit then clenching might not be for you as you'll just look rounder and just look like a chipmunk
AND to those with a decent gonial angle and gonions that aren't completely inward, then clenching might just be for you

Clenching might also indirectly regulate masseter development as you're forcing both sides (Which you previously didn't do because you we're eating on only one side of your mouth because you're a retard)

bonus: prevents atrophy obviously, less chance of looking bloated since unlike chewing you might not indirectly use your buccinator
don't overdo it because you might look like a stupid bloated chimpmunk because your masseters are huge (especially if you're recessed.)

Yes my frauding boyos continue clenching it will eventually benefit you.

Do this with a gum or mouthpiece, better not to clench the teeth directly together as you could damage them

Clenching wont directly damage your teeth, it's mostly the grinding movement that's done during the act of bruxism which causes damage, an individual teeth can withhold a ton of pressure, and I mean a lot

big masseters are meme.

Do you think chewing can grow the bone surrounding the masseters over time?

Only if you have bad muscle insertions*
not really it gives the illusion of having bad muscle insertion but the reality is that your gonial angle is too high and ur gonions are inward Kys
