Comparing the forces of clenching vs mewing
Tongue ~ 10-12 N forward / up vector (assuming CW tilt if posture is correct)
Gravity ~ 9 N down vector

Jaw clenching/chewing ~ 80-700 N diagonally forward / up vector (assuming CW tilt if posture is correct)
Gravity ~ 9 N down vector
_______
Net Mewing force (depending upon angle) ~ 1-10 N forward / up vector
Net Biting/Chewing force (depending upon angle) ~ 71-691 N forward / up vector

one guy on the server @Dad_Bod_God achieved a ccw maxilla rotation and shortened his gonial angle from 130 to 105 through clenching with a mouth guard
So it is clear that clenching mogs mewing and is the only hope for your face when it comes to softmaxxing

I have also noticed that when I clech my tongue presser harder against the palette :feelsyay:

The masseter , pterygroids and the muscles of mastication work synergistically with the tongue which then has an effect of the teeth, jaw, and whole craniofacial structure. As well as a balancing effect on the cheek and therefore widening the palate.

I would say chewing with a healthy tmj (good maxillary growth and harmony between jaw and maxila) and properly erupted teeth and a wide palate to avoid any further craniofacial damage which is optimal.

Hard chewing mogs imo. Clenching will just wear down teeth (leading to headaches, tooth loss and a result a shorter lower third) bascially digusting sfs and overblown masseters.

Lmfao caged he made a video on PE & Posture:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul:

Also Jelqing is complete bs, dick size is determined by hormonal profile, specfically the superhormone DHT and things like cardiovascular size for bloodflow and androgenic signalling and its receptors lmao at most PE, complete bullshit

Good luck wasting your teeth and decreasing your facial height

this, jfl muh clenching, remodeling doesn't work that. You're better off fixing maxillary angle ccw (good luck), and gh maxxing tbh

Clenching is legit to improve genial angle. Keeping your teeth in slight contact is ideal. Heard Inicisor Chewing is good for CCW Rotation too

Incisor chewing is retarded broscience. No one achieved anything by it, only teeth tipping.

Isn’t most of the damage due to teeth grinding not clenching?

The jaw clenches by pulling down on the face, dumb-ass.

Hard chewing and Hard mewing are good. Clenching will destroy your teeth.

WHat kind of mouthguard should I get? Does it matter?

Clenching is temporary, Bimax can last until you die

2 different things. Bimax is indicated for people those who have skeletal malocclusion
incels here are trying to achieve width and agularity with chewing
