Do humans naturally clench? How do we ensure our kids clench?

Do humans naturally clench? How do we ensure our kids clench?
Gentle clenching is a stabilizing force, seems that it's natural for humans to clench in short bursts up to several hundreds of times a day in support of various kinds of movements. The teeth are designed to withstand this. Stressfully grinding and clenching all the time, that is the point at which the behavior may become problematic.

I think it'll come naturally given that hard foods and exercise are part of your kid's life early on. Up until the industrial revolution no one had to worry over how the faces of their children were going to develop, for simply living in the natural environment ensured that the required mechanical stimuli was being produced. So try to emulate a more natural lifestyle. Less LDAR, soft foods etc.
