Clobetasol/Hydrocortisone

I know clobetalsol is lowk kinda harsh but wouldn’t it in theory help with hollow cheeks (or hydrocortisone) since it helps with inflammation and thins the skin. Im maybe retarded but if anyone tried that already lmk.
