A CCW rotation is often discussed during a bimax, but would I benefit from a clockwise rotation if my gonial angle is 105 degrees?

No 105 is nearing too acute vs ideal. If u still want to, try F1 facepullingA CCW rotation is often discussed during a bimax, but would I benefit from a clockwise rotation if my gonial angle is 105 degrees?
whats the process of planning a surgery with ramieri if you're a foreigner?yes you would benefit from it but your gonial angle doesn't change during a cw rotated bsso, the bsso doesn't affect the ramus. actually a clockwise rotated can actually improve harmony pretty well by heightening the chin and giving angularity to the mandible, there is misconception around ccw, not everyone benefits from it. Im doing a down graft and slight cw rotation during my bimax and me ramieri explained to my why I benefit from a cw rotated bsso. everyone is different tho
he accommodates foreign patients pretty well, you send him cbct, you do a I initial consult he gets in contact with your ortho, you plan decamp and then 6 months before you get ready for surgery is when he starts planning cosmetic procedures and more in depth plates and movements. but make sure that you are a surgical case before your initial consult, most of his foreign patients come from the internet who don't even have a orthodontic check up and then you end up wasting your money, his time and everybody else's time since his waitlist is so long, it also puts a negative light on foreign patients and this fucking looksmax community. he refers non surgical patients that usually come from looksmax communities to psychiatrists. Im a surgical case tho so im goodwhats the process of planning a surgery with ramieri if you're a foreigner?
im assuming the consult is via video call? And what to do mean by "surgical case" like im definitely not qualified for a bimax under insurance, it would be purely cosmetiche accommodates foreign patients pretty well, you send him cbct, you do a I initial consult he gets in contact with your ortho, you plan decamp and then 6 months before you get ready for surgery is when he starts planning cosmetic procedures and more in depth plates and movements. but make sure that you are a surgical case before your initial consult, most of his foreign patients come from the internet who don't even have a orthodontic check up and then you end up wasting your money, his time and everybody else's time since his waitlist is so long, it also puts a negative light on foreign patients and this fucking looksmax community. he refers non surgical patients that usually come from looksmax communities to psychiatrists. I thought this OG lookism secret would never be spoken about again@Bryce![]()
Then he would js reject you and send you to a psychiatrist, happened to another user here recentlyit would be purely cosmetic
does he do implants? Then he would js reject you and send you to a psychiatrist, happened to another user here recently
He is recessed tho. That nigga must've said some crazy shit to himThen he would js reject you and send you to a psychiatrist, happened to another user here recently
well surgical cases under insurance are usually due to serious medical issues such as sleep apnea, that's not really what he's looking for, its hard to tell yes but usually has to do with any sort of functional issue, usually maloclusion, im a class 2 deep bite, I don't have sleep apnea and my health is good, but there is a skeletal issue causing the functional one, that is a surgical case, Look at his instagram and his patients those are the types of patients that he calls surgical cases. And yes he does offer implants, Im getting inframalr and and jaw angle, he does them rather conservatively unlike say giant but results are very good,im assuming the consult is via video call? I guess since he would probably reject me for a bimax, implants it iswell surgical cases under insurance are usually due to serious medical issues such as sleep apnea, that's not really what he's looking for, its hard to tell yes but usually has to do with any sort of functional issue, usually maloclusion, im a class 2 deep bite, I don't have sleep apnea and my health is good, but there is a skeletal issue causing the functional one, that is a surgical case, Look at his instagram and his patients those are the types of patients that he calls surgical cases. I remember he had to go under 2 years of therapy or sum shit so dr ramirieri even thinks about itHe is recessed tho. That nigga must've said some crazy shit to him
Im lucky that he still is he accommodating me, I kind of fucked up during our initial consult lol, im also a very young patient so automatically im less credible which I cant blame him he has to deal with so many mentally ill patients that don't need anything on the weekly. but I went in and he asked me what I would want and my dumbass said, "yeah so I was thinking a ccw bimax" in that moment he was bro you tell me your concerns and I try my best to fix them, you don't give me what treatment you want, misunderstanding tho, I lowkey just wanted to make sure I get the best possible movements, but none the less he was still very chill, and planning is going pretty smoothly.I remember he had to go under 2 years of therapy or sum shit so dr ramirieri even thinks about it
hes not going to offer implants unless you are a bimax candidate tho, the only people that do that are plastic surgeons that specifically offer implants in the us, or I could think of pagnoni and giant and even then they are pretty conservativeI guess since he would probably reject me for a bimax, implants it is
bro 105 is nice you dont need to change itA CCW rotation is often discussed during a bimax, but would I benefit from a clockwise rotation if my gonial angle is 105 degrees?
Yeah no way in hell am I going to giant, I guess I'll have to go to the US. It will be hella expensive but its not about the money, just trying to ascendhes not going to offer implants unless you are a bimax candidate tho, the only people that do that are plastic surgeons that specifically offer implants in the us, or I could think of pagnoni and giant and even then they are pretty conservative
does not apply to meIf this comes with an overly short face (SFS), yeah, it’s a massive issue.
I have this myself, but not because of a low gonial angle, but from a vertically short/ underdeveloped mid-face, which is probably even worse.
Then there’s probably no issue.does not apply to me
