Close to Hunter eyes but lack of supraorbitals and fat

My eyes have most positive traits like Pfl, ipd, lashes, good medial canthus etc.

But the worst is lack od deep set.

I have literally 0 supraorbital FAT and my supras are also not forward growth.
This make my upper eyelid look roundish
When I have close eyes and put finger I feel really a lot of eyeball, idk how to explain this

And now what are my solutions
Is supraorbital bone lowering possible
I also need supraorbital FAT to cover eyelids
Barett for example have this attrached area completly hooded

To get deeper set eyes either go for infraorbital implants, orbital decompression(very difficult to get if u aren't deformed) or
bonesmash your browridge and chew in a way that could(won't promise this) help your browridge grow, supplement K2 if you go this route.

Facepulling/MSE + FM, or any surgery that helps bring the maxilla forward, would help with your bad undereye support which will help in getting deep set eyes.


OP all you need to do is the ice thing that i linked above and get good undereye support, your eye area is good imo

i have eyes somewhat similar shape to yours but don't have those holes. i don't have much fat there, only skin, i think your bone might not be forward grown enough. fillers still probably help though. also try squinting and see if it makes a difference lol

Also got 31mm pfl and positive canthal tilt, but due to long and downturned medial canthus.

My orbitals are opposite of V-shaped and I lack hooding towards my nose.
