Clothes are actually a decent cope

University is about to start again and I usually just wear shitty clothes my mom buys from Costco or whatever and don’t care much because fashion is cope but I had some money on me this time and I went to a bunch of thrift stores and plazas near me and got a bunch of clothes for a pretty good price.

And holy shit i look much better overall now. Thank god I’m tall and have a good frame though that’s the real fashion all along.

Get some oversized shirts, get some collared button up shirts and pair them with a tank top, get some cool hoodies or jackets (I bought a leather jacket, a denim jacket and a varsity jacket), and get some normal collared shirts.

For pants just get different coloured jeans with different fitting (never get skinny) get baggy or normal fitted, get some sweatpants, get some cargo pants and get one normal chino type dress pant that you can pair with your shirts.

Accessories are cool too but as of right now I only wear an emoesq necklace, it got a real small knife as it’s pendulum but if you can certainly get rings, watches or bracelets if you like.

Shoes are easy, I’ll say these three are a must. A good pair of clean white sneakers (regularly clean them please and don’t spend money on airforce 1s or any of that bs, just get something like fillas who gives af), get some black low top converses or Levi’s, and get a normal pair of black dress shoes you can pair with dress pants and a dress shirt.

Should cost you about 500 dollars overall but it’s a one time investment that will last you years of you shop good quality clothes and maintain them. I still have shirts from my high school that I wear and they still look fresh because I took proper care of them.

I don’t want to look like a bum with wrinkly or old or goofy looking fits, I just want to look like I put some thought and care into what I wear and am well put together I guess. I think the clothing items I listed do that very well and are also cheap and non try hardy.

Fair, I guess that is true and if you think you have a good fashion sense then certainly go for it. I do however think the clothing items I listed are great in general and will look good on everyone whilst having some variety. You can obviously play around with them and add some flavour like if you wear an oversized shirt you can wear some sort of sleeves underneath or whatever.
