am home alone rn and am super paranoid about everything. I always feel like there's a nigga secretly hiding in my home ready to murder me

so im trying to sleep but I keep hearing these fucking noises. this then shoots my paranoia up and I start to think a nigga is in my home cause of the noise which sounds eerily close to shuffling

so I get up... and it's a cockroach. pos fag roaches which I hate. I kill and flush it and think I can sleep in peace now. but then it comes up again (referring to noises) and I see another roach

anyway since I'm losing reader retention now for some reason I had to kill 5 roaches in the span of like an hour and their noises kept scaring the shit out of me cause i thought itd be an intruder.nI hate cockroaches.
