After the Second World War in the US, the farmers used to try to make pigs fat with coconut oil and saturated fat, they overfed them with it, instead they became lean, jacked and handsome.
MCT Oils (Medium Chain Tryglicerides) are more likely to be used for energy rather than stored as body fat and almost immediately get burned via thermogenesis.

Ofcourse the Pigs became leaner, hungrier and thats why they started to feed pigs soybean oil to make them fat, that worked and was profitable at the same time.
