I know from experience that when I drink coffee I urinate more and want more water, in fact people advise to drink more water alongside with coffee to dilute and detox the insane toxicity of coffee, or otherwise you get more harm (and I personally experience heart pain and palpitations, rarely but still present) when you drink it concentrated or undiluted.

Everyone who researched coffee knows it's a diuretic.

We need mackerel (or herring, or achovises) from cold oceans (like Alaska or north Atlantic), to get DHA.
Warm climate mackerels don't need any DHA because they are in warm oceans and their cells don't require it.

Appetite is a good thing, because it's natural. There must be reason for it. The reason is you're either growing and need nutrition, or you're malnourished by eating too much antinutrients (grains which are seeds), and by eating cooked food (instead of natural food like raw organs and raw fat).

The info on hormones and mineral loss is not a scam. Adrenal fatigue is real. It happens with every overstimulation, you can shoot yourself with testosterone, or with insulin for example, and now you can't produce it naturally yourself and are hypogonadic in those particular hormones. It's the same with thyroid and adrenals. Mineral loss is real, this is why people don't drink tap water, and instead drink some kind of mineral water, if they're smart.
