Pretty sure half of the people in my city are on Melatonin + Caffeine.

It's the most unmoggable stack if you just drink 1 less cup on the weekends and lay off the pills

Indeed, that might be average i think. Most people tritrate up too and have to compensate with other tools like melanin. The net effect is the same as if you were off on long enough timeframes, without the constant sympatetic drive(stress). Useful seldomly.

have it with milk and then rinse ur teeth immediately after and then brush after 30 min, not immediately after as brushing immediately with acidic content would erode the enamel

nvm my blood pressure spiked to 130/80 again it's over
ok it dropped to 114/71 within couple of minutes lifefuel. I have mogger caffeine processing genetics
