It produces white blood cells which depletes the nutrients in the bone marrow

Why tf would u want to have a cold shower anyway just have it luke warm it feels much nicer

Taking a hot or cold shower or whatever temperature in between for 5 minutes isnt going to do much no matter what, its just cope to think it has all these benefits other than maybe shocking your body to make your wake up, but I have taken cold showers when I was tired and it did not help at all, these cold shower copers obviously have a huge placebo

Tbh I take hot showers if it's a school morning and im on 2hrs of sleep and need waking up and it works. Otherwise I just take luke warm showers

Yea, I usually shower with just water and wash my hair 2 times a week max (with shampoo)
