Studies say there's that 1-5% of ground beef's weight is collagen. Therefore , there's 113g of collagen in my 5lbs of ground beef.
According to the CDC the upper limit for my protein intake is 336g. Studies say you can take way more collagen than you think, 36% of protein intake.
Therefore I could be and should be eating 120g of collagen a day. Lifefuel. Start spamming gelatin and collagen.
