No lie this is what I am going for. I am lucky that I have really good skincare genes (largely clear skin even with a substandard diet and bad facial hygiene until recently). After I am done with Bimax and potentially ZSO, my current skinmaxxing could pay dividends. Your prime for slaying 18-24 year olds IMO is entirely dependent on skin quality.

Currently using Cerave moisturizer and cleanser both with HL acid as well as morning 30 SPF (La Roche) and Verse Vitamin C serum both day and night. Night time same routine just without SPF. Going to be getting low dosage 0.025 Tret very soon and likely going to supplement glycine and even sooner going to start blending a few carrots every morning and drinking it for Beta Carotene ingesting. Another thing I found that is helpful, Apple Cidar Vinegar. Can be applied topically or orally and it helps digestion which indirectly affects skin health (amount of time spent digesting takes away time from your bodies focus on collagen production). I am going to later dabble in to pre-bed Red light therapy as well but that is later down the line.
