What can i do to get my Collagen higher, and how do i know if im low in collagen?

I feel like when I pinned a low dose of gh my skin felt better tbh

yeah its supposed to do that, low dose gh is great for general health and aesthetics, better skin and easier to maintain low bf

I did 2 ius of gh Monday to Friday and pinned 250 mg test once a week, 3 weeks in it got taken away and I'm a week off rn with no pct,

Before that I was on 50 mg of anavar

I tried but it didn't work, I'm going to the doctor to try to get trt prescribed at 18 if I feel like shit tbh

I don't think it's out of my system yet so maybe I can avoid sides if I Handle quick because my skin looks like shit now and I look 5 years older

Eating collagen does not equal more collagen

the collagen is broken down into amino acids which our body is then able to produce more collagen, in general eating a wide variety of amino acid dense foods will upregulate your collagen production

It’s literally negligible, you get all the required nutrients for collagen production just from eating a normal, balanced diet.

Instead of eating collagen rich foods just take vit c, zinc, copper. These are what your body needs to actually synthesize collagen.

Tretinoin and microneedling are the best ways to improve collagen

Are u taking or planning to take HCG ?
