Is collagen a good sup? For hair, skin, joint and muscle recovery and muscle gain? I can get 250g collagen for 13€ which last about 20-25 days at 10-15g a day. Is it worth it for it's benefits? Also will 1 ish month of it show results or do u need to use it longer for proper results? And in all conclusion is it a good and worthy sup? Or should I just start with ashwaganda?
