Depends on college I guess. Could vary from a location to location. My friends at uni are rotting (HTN and a MTN) they get no IOI's at all . And 99% of the girls in that college are mostly with tall jocks which they both don't fit

A normal job wont get you enough money to invest. Especially those that you have access to after high school. Maybe if you have connections. You can 10x your money and still not even be close to half a mil.

College is also pretty much the last time you can find some foid for a good LTR. Someone with 1-2 serious partnere before you that broke up with them due to long distance.
