Depends on the weather where you are and what kind of aesthetic you're going for. You want something niche that everyone else isn't wearing too. Since you said cheap, try out Dua Fragrances. They clone fragrances from high end niche houses for reasonable prices. Casino Elixir and Royal Chariot Attar are two good ones to try. If you know who GLL is, he always recommended "In Red" by Estelle Ewen which is one of my favorites and pretty cheap so that's a nice one too.

With this stuff though you mostly get what you pay for.
