Would the hair color in picture one suit my completion, in picture two? I’ve wanted to dye my hair more blonde as overtime it’s been getting darker but I’m not sure if it would suit my skin and eyes.

you're better off dyeing highlights, bleaching your entire hair tends to fuck up the texture.
