INTRODUCTION
Colostrum
is the first form of milk produced by cows following the birth of offspring. Called Liquid Gold, per its golden color, Colostrum is highly beneficial, and much better than normal milk as it is packed with much more nutrients and proteins because it is produced to promote growth for the newborn baby. If you're going through PUBERTY/under the age of 20, Colostrum can make massive amounts of difference for your bone structure and height during these critical years. “Compared to mature milk, colostrum has more fat, protein, vitamins and minerals, growth factors, cytokines and nucleotides

Benefits:
Bone Density/Growth

Colostrum contains many proteins and nutrients, one of them being Colostrum basic protein (CBP). CBP promotes and influences bone cell differentiation and increases bone density. This is backed by a study from the National Institute of Health (Gov), where it says "Colostrum basic protein (CBP) is a trace protein extracted from bovine colostrum. Previous studies have shown that CBP can promote bone cell differentiation and increase bone density." Source (NIH.Gov) "Overall, CBP contributes to bone growth by affecting calcium metabolism." "Five-percent CBP intake triggered significant positive regulation of calcium metabolism in the direction of bone calcium accumulation." Also, if you’re using basic knowledge, it would make sense to infer a stronger version of milk (which is already used to promote bone growth), packed with more proteins and nutrients, would have a stronger effect on increasing bone growth and density.

Height
As previously stated, Colostrum can promote increased bone growth and density, which not only applies to the bones in your face, but also height. Studies reveal that “In colostrum collected 0–80 h postpartum the contents of immunoglobulins (Igs), transforming growth factor beta-2 (TGF-β2), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and growth hormone (GH) were analyzed.Source (SD) The study shows that colostrum is filled with growth factors such as IGF-1 and Growth Hormones. These could influence increased height increase if your growth plates are not closed and your bones and body are still developing. “IGF-1 manages the effects of growth hormone (GH) in your body. Together, IGF-1 and GH promote normal growth of bones and tissues.” Source (MedlinePlus.Gov) Colostrum obviously also contains more calcium, which as we know can aid in height growth. “Colostrum supplements typically contain more calcium” (Source NIH.Gov)

Benefits from the Growth Factors
The growth factors that Colostrum is filled with not only benefits growth and bone formation/growth, but also has numerous other benefits for your body that I just wanted to list. Colostrum contains growth factors that may stimulate collagen synthesis, improving skin quality. As well, it can promote skin repair. Growth Hormones found in Colostrum can also promote muscle growth. “GH (Growth Hormone) increases muscle strength by enhancing muscle mass without affecting contractile force or fibre composition type. GH stimulates whole-body protein accretion with protein synthesis occurring in muscular and extra-muscular sites.Source (BioScientifica)

Further Benefits
Colostrum also aids in Gut Health, allowing nutrients that you consume to be better absorbed into your body along with improving overall body health. It also strengthens the immune system, so it’s great if you’re on antibiotics as that weakens your gut and immune system. “Bovine colostrum can promote greater gains in muscle mass, strength, and losses of body fat(Source NIH.Gov) Colostrum can also aid in Fat Loss and increased metabolism, as well as reducing bloating.

Where to get
Colostrum is obviously best consumed raw, in its liquid form. You can get it from farms, so if you want to get it raw you can go to a local farm and ask about it. (I think there are some farms online that sell it but I'm not sure about the quality of it.) But if not, Colostrum is sold in powdered form. This should also work well, as long as it is pure Colostrum. Any brand is fine, but make sure that the ingredient is only Colostrum, and that there are no other ingredients in the powder. Pure whole Bovine Colostrum powder should be yellow/gold in color.

Conclusion
Alright, that’s it for this Guide about Colostrum. BY THE WAY, most benefits listed here (mostly the bone growth ones) will only work for people whose bones are still growing, e.g people in puberty or under 20. If your bones are already developed, Colostrum will help with health benefits but not really bone growth. This is my first ever post on this forum, so I hope it was pretty good. I tried to back it up with strong evidence from reputable studies from government sites. A lot of information here, so enjoy and thanks for reading buddy boyos.

Impossible to get fresh never frozen colostrum. Drinking frozen colostrum isn't the same. It was bitter from the freezing.

Still very beneficial for bone growth as long as you're still in puberty, the studies shown were from supplement form as well
