Colouring

Need help with colouring, Simpson tier skin from tanning/self tanner drops, I'm like orangey yellow, pretty light golden blonde hair, and blue eyes. Or should I go for darker brown hair to go with my blue eyes and chill on the tanning stuff and have a less saturated more muted skin tone, cheers in advance.
