Complications wise?

I would just opt for Tretinoin instead of Accutane if you're going to be using MT2.

Sounds like a recipe to mogging except Accutane makes you more sensitive to the sun so idk if it’d be good to mix with mt2

Because your skin would get fucked up with sun exposure on accutane compared to tret

And yes even with 30spf using tretinoin while on mt2 seems more viable to me

Tbh bro, I would just run a mt-2 cycle, probably 20 days, then hop on tretinoin, while injecting mt-2 once a week.

???
OP will be photosensitive consequent to retinoid usage regardless of whether it's tretinoin or isotretinoin.
If anything, when getting UV exposure using MT2, it would be more ideal to use a systemic retinoid so that your body burns 'evenly' and you don't look retarded in the face compared to the rest of your body.

Whole point of isotretinoin is to downregulate sebaceous gland activity, sebum (oil) is what retains moisture in the face, but the enzyme that an excess of contributes to acne, feeds on sebum. Less sebum = less of this enzyme = no acne.
You can use a moisturiser and then apply an emollient over to mitigate the dryness if it gets really bad. Normally just a moisturiser applied frequently will suffice.

Nobody cycles MT2. But yes, in an ideal world, you run MT2 at higher doses prior to retinoid usage so that you can maintain your tan with less UV exposure as opposed to try build it up whilst taking retinoids already.

Yes both would be bad, I just figure topical tretinoin is less intense

Using sunscreen contradicts the whole point of using MT2. You need UV exposure to stimulate melanocortin 1 receptors and if you use sunscreen then you are directly inhibiting the amount of UV that you are exposed to.

Topical tretinoin is often more harsh on your skin barrier than isotretinoin, especially immediately.

No, use MT2 and GHK-CU, then run isotretinoin and minimise UV exposure.
Only expose yourself to UV when you pin MT2 to maintain your tan (less frequent than when you are building the tan).

So you would actually recommend Accutane over Topical?

Im actually in the same boat as OP, I have injected 20 days of Mt2 and have both accutane and topical in hand ready to use, I also have ridiculous Sebaceous filaments so I would really want to tackle that with accutane

also can yall give me like a tutorial or zomething like if i use accutne should i go low does like 10 mg or 20 mg? How long should i do for? Also the same questions for ghk-cu how much dose do i take a day and for how long for permanent results?

Im doing the same stack bhai.

Already on accutane and ghk for over 2 weeks with MT2 coming in a few short days

MT2 + accutane should be ideal, because the extra melanin from MT2 will protect you during your accutane crusade

It is circumstantial but I am a big advocate for isotretinoin.

Then run isotretinoin.
I fucking hate tretinoin personally but not everybody reacts to it like I did for the short period I used it, so if you're patient, try just apply that at infrequent intervals first. Me personally, I would go straight to isotretinoin at 10mg/day. You should be able to tolerate it so you don't need to get bloodwork if you don't want to, just mitigate other stress on your liver e.g., drinking.

Ghk cu wont be permanent btw.

Either way. Im on accutane 40mg daily and its doing wonders. Legit miracle drug

Ideally:
Get bloodwork (random lipids test). You might have high albumin if you are in puberty or just coming out, that's fine.
Run 10mg/day for a month.
Get bloodwork again. See how your liver is tolerating it. If it's okay, up to 20mg/day.
20mg/day is normally the most you'll need.
Run it till your skin is good, then micro-dose it for however much longer.
Can't comment on GHK-CU, I might return to this thread when I end up using it. Ordering soon.

Use PBS otherwise you are affecting the pH of the solute and you will only be injecting GHK.

It was aight. Just some stubborn acne which is now completely vanished apart from the remaining redness that happens to stick around for a while

I would assume ghk-cu isnt permanent. But what gives really. Its not that expensive anyways
