I wont add body fat on this stack and i will gain muscle.
I really dont care aboit being shredded or very lean i want size and strenght

Deca & Dbol are both shit. Why do people still use those today?

You don't need to copy 1980s bodybuilders doing these shits.

Just take ~100 mg methyl testosterone or test base, 1-2 mg Mtren, 10-20 mg Var a day.

You don't really need anything else & you'll be as huge as you are now if not bigger.

It's as effective as higher dose tren acetate, or a 1:20 equivalent at least.

Most bodybuilders are just retards who take way too much of some things.

MTren, test/methyltest and anavar is one of the top 5 combos/trios you can do optimally, both for size & leanness/tone.

Not to mention these three are safe (with reasonable dosing) and with this stack...

Water retention is usually VERY low in most cases. Going > 1 g/week also almost always makes you puffy/watery looking.

After a while it's just an ego stroking contest, as it doesn't even matter much past a certain point.

Like, does anyone really give a fuck if some dude can bench 405 or 450? It's negligible & mostly useless IRL.

You aren't more likely to win a fight just because you bench 100 lbs. more than the other guy -- not at all.

You aren't more likely to live longer or survive or contribute anything of even a smidgefuck of value to anyone.

Powerlifters are nearly all mentally ill autists who obsess over adding a couple of lbs. to a lift every few weeks.

No one really gives a shit in the big picture. It's a pathetic pursuit of useless shit & numbers you cope with.
