It's as effective as higher dose tren acetate, or a 1:20 equivalent at least.
Most bodybuilders are just retards who take way too much of some things.
MTren, test/methyltest and anavar is one of the top 5 combos/trios you can do optimally, both for size & leanness/tone.
Not to mention these three are safe (with reasonable dosing) and with this stack...
Water retention is usually VERY low in most cases. Going > 1 g/week also almost always makes you puffy/watery looking.
