Commisuroplasty (mouth widening) surgery

Can someone give me surgeons / clinics that perform commisuroplasty (mouth widening),
or how to find one i've searched and for now eppley is the only one that adverise this procedure ,but i'm sure they are other surgeon who perorm
it's not extremly different compared to a corner lip lift
On his website eppley said himself it's an easy procedure
Also if someone has results or before and after feel free to share

Yes class 2 i will get bimax but also jaw angle implants because my jaw is too narrow and when i morph a wider jaw the narrow mouth become even more obvious

Good luck. It's not as risky of a procedure as many think but another method to tackle low mouth/nose ratio is alar base reduction

Narrow jaw can cause soft tissue to accumulate in the perioral region, wich can "hide" mouth comissures and makes your lips appear narrower

Class II can also impact your mouth width due to forward lip projection and mentalis muscle overstrain (to compensate lip incompetence), so I would adress it first
