The only things you cant change are the ones i meantioned. Meaning you dont need more looksmax knowledge. The more time you spend in these communities the more insecure and self concious youre gonna become. The edits of those extremely good looking guys and the constant reminder of reality are really unhealthy and unnatural even if it doesnt look like it. Meaning you are going to fall into depression just like me. Keep those things like relationships with females going for you. You are good just continue being as you are because i didnt have this oppurtunity. This is not my first account here so trust me. Please i just want to help you. I am honest.

yeah i completely feel you brother, i used to be way uglier and even more insecure about myself than i am now. I have fallen into bad places and done bad things because of it. Even if you became chad the difference would be minimal in mentality compared to now. Focus on training, school maybe and friends and girlfriends. That is what is really going to help you. This is not cope. This is reality and i am speaking from experience. I know it is hard because these stuff are addicting. But do it without questioning it much. I only want to help a brother. I am very serious. Leave so you dont loose the social skills with women you alr have. And you shouldnt have poster her but alr. Good luck
