Comparing the line from outer canthus to side of nose with the line from gonion to jaw

Look at the two lines below:

Does it matter whether or not they are parallel? There was a youtuber who mentioned this a few times and how having the lines being parallel is ideal, but I've never seen it mentioned on this forum.

The upper line depends on PFL, IPD, and alar base shape. The lower one depends on the gonial angle. Neither of them influence how the other looks. Pure, unfiltered autism from your end.
