Ever since .org got traction and the algorithm started pushing blackpill edits and looksmaxxing content nonstop, things have shifted. My entire FYP is full of teenagers, literal 13–18 year old, already taking peptides, buying vitamins, optimizing their skincare, tracking sleep, monitoring hormones.
And sure, maybe peptides seem “harmless.” Maybe it’s just BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB500, or some basic GH fragment. You could argue they’re just speeding up recovery, or doing it for skin, or collagen or whatever. But here’s the thing: that’s exactly how the slope starts. You get results, then you want more. Next thing you know, it’s SARMs then it’s roids then it’s surgeries. But then, a year later they’re running full cycles and talking about surgeries on a daily basis.
We’re watching an entire generation of guys enter the enhancement pipeline at 13–19. They’re not waiting until their mid-20s to “optimize” anymore.
This isn’t just about peptides btw. This is about the normalization of intervention. Everyone’s realizing that you can chemically upgrade, and that the risks, while still real, aren’t as catastrophic as the old school “steroids will kill you” fear-mongering made them out to be. So they start to hop on like it’s nothing.
So when people ask, “How do peptides increase competition?” That’s the answer: it’s the gateway. It’s the moment someone decides to treat their body like a project. From there, they go deeper. And deeper. And deeper. Because once you start getting even small wins, clearer skin, better pumps, a slight edge in the gym, you chase more. You optimize everything. Hormones, skin texture, bone structure, jawline, bodyfat distribution, muscle insertions. And if you don’t have the genetics? You just buy the traits you lack. Yall here should know that that’s how it starts.
And here’s the brutal truth: Ten years from now, the average guy you’re competing with won’t be natty. He won’t even be close. He’ll be on test and maybe even tren by 25, running mild cycles, planning surgeries, talking about compounds you’ve never even heard of. He won’t care about “natural.” He’ll care about results. And he’ll look like what you used to think was only possible for top 1% genetics.
Meanwhile, if you’re still trying to compete naturally, thinking clean eating and sleep will carry you, you’re gonna look and feel mid, even if you work hard. The baseline is rising. We’re not moving toward equality, we’re moving toward hyper-optimization. Everyone’s upgrading. Everyone’s looking for edges. Everyone’s trying to get one step ahead before this becomes so common that even being enhanced won’t be enough.
Were fucking cooked.
