In this thread I will show all possible flaws when it comes to skin
Including 1. Acne 2. Red spots 3.Uneven skin tone 4.Bad couloring
And in the end I will showcase a skincare routine for completely average skin which may have (slight red spots, slight uneven skin tone with mid colouring and maybe a pimple or 2) I will showcase the best possible simple skincare routine for the vast majority.
ACNE SOLUTION
(What causes acne and how to fix)
1. Having Increased amount of sebum production (oily skin),
this usually stems from increased testosterone, genetic factor (view your mum and dads skin if they have more oily then dry skin then acne is probably more likely for you)
The main fix to this is either salicylic acid or retinoids
salicylic acid is known for being able to dissolve excess sebum in the pores
While retinoids can regulate the amount of sebum production u actually have
2. Clogged pores
the main fix for clogged pores is just a solid skincare routine while noting that (makeup or anything like this that usually stays on the top of ur skin will clog ur pores helping cause acne)
Having a decent cleanser, moisturiser along with some acids can help like salicylic acid and retinoid creams such as adapalene 0.1 percent this is definetely one of the more effective creams for unclogging pores
3. Inflammation
inflammation is very often to always a diet problem and is usually triggered by diets high in processed foods such as white bread, candy, store bough meats, salami and ham (not ones that are bought through butcher shops)
As well as seed oils and basically any fast food if you can recognise these in ur day to day diet immediately remove them. As to anti inflammatory things like omega 3 I recommend 1000 to 4000mg of epa+dha of omega 3, combine this with 9 plus hours of quality undisturbed sleep and 3 plus litres of water a day and try lowering your cortisol levels (stress) which will have a massive impact on not only just acne but debloating benefits
these 3 are the main causes of acne however there are still other things that could easily flare up someone’s acne but for the most part if u follow these 3 then you should probably be good acne wise
DRY RED SPOTS SOLUTION
(What causes red spots)
1. Genetic conditions
as far as genetics go there is nothing you can do however if your seeing red spots and thinking ‘hmm I live a pretty healthy life why do I have this? It must be genetic’ then your probably uninformed or just don’t know what to do to fix it
2. Your skin is irritated
in many cases your skin can be irritated from a lot of things for example too much sun exposure without sunscreen, too much impacts to cold environments (cold temperature or icing face)
Or it could just be from harsh skincare. Etc
First step is realising what happened and stopping it if your seeing red spots after starting to ice your face for a couple of weeks then it’s probably best to stop
And then your skin is probably going to be very hesitant and irritated so getting a gentle skincare routine which doesn’t have any endocrine defectors (affects on hormones) is the right way to go to soothe and repair damaged irritated skin.
UNEVEN SKIN TONE SOLUTION
(what causes this)
1. Uneven exposure to sunlight/cold temperature
If your only getting a minimal amount of sunlight per day without applying sunscreen and not taking any vitamin D supplements then this is an obvious sign that your skin tone may be uneven.
Not applying sunscreen is probably the easiest way to get a differant and diverse affect on each area of ur facial skin because maybe one side gets 4 minutes of direct sunlight and the other gets about 1 minute and believe me this can make a huge differance in skin couloring and tone.
Getting a good mineral sunscreen and appplying it evenly consistently for months is a good way of evening out ur skin tone and texture over time
2. Dead skin cells
Having some dead skin cells and some not is going to massively change how even your skin tone looks, by removing as much dead skin cells as you can you can this will even out your pores therefore making a more even skin tone
However doing so requires a good chemical exfoliant (high quality) and getting a vitamin c serum with a 15 to 20 percent pure L-ascorbic acid
BAD COULORING SOLUTION
(what causes bad couloring)
1.Having a deficiency in vitamin D, beta carotene
having a deficiency in these things will make your couloring worse and make u look much more pale but if you want that clean tan look,
Then your going to need a good amount of direct sun exposure straight to ur face daily anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours is good WITH PROPER SUNSCREEN PROTECTION .
Plus having a deficiency in beta carotene is another way to wind up pale, taking just even 15 mg can make your face more tan but I’d recommend 25mg daily of beta carotene supplement through soft gels capsules
2.Overload of stress
Stress activates the sympathetic nervous system which will narrow the blood vessels coming into your head therefore creating a pale dull look on your skin not just on your face but whole body, the results of this are subtle but noticeable, live a low stress life and enjoy the comfort of being less inflamed, bloated and pale
Perfect skincare routine for the average 5/10 people’s skin which will be useful for most (this won’t contain any special acid that are specific to certain conditions just the basics) but will probably be basic knowledge to most of u so feel free to skip
1. Wash face with clean water
2. Gentle skin cleanser that matches your skin type
3. (Any types of additional acids or exfoliators added in)
4.Moustorizer specific to your needs and your skin type
5. Your sunscreen which is also specific to your needs and ur skin type
To end off this skin care guide I’d like to acknowledge my use of chatGPT was very very small and I never copy and pasted anything plus used my personal extensive knowledge of skincare to put this together
I’d like to say this took me quite a while to complete so a rep would for sure be appreciated thank you.
