Edging doesn't increase testosterone levels at all and will tighten your pelvic floor muscles which will worsen your premature ejaculation. It's only good for intense orgasms and busting bigger loads. Oh yeah and its best to do reverse kegels to relax your pelvic floor muscles since kegels will just tighten them and make it uncomfortable.
