If you want to reduce odor shave or trim armpits. Body odor that smells bad comes from bacteria on the armpit hair. Shaving hair reduces the prohormone bacteria but reducing prohormones is better than applying anti-androgens every day.

Eggs contain Azelaic Acid which is anti androgenic. Again, you may see shit science saying they “boost” testosterone, but reality is they prevent testosterone from attaching to androgenic receptors.

Injecting T will do nothing to fight against these because most anti androgens don’t reduce serum T but destroy the androgen receptor itself. Although T can help, it’s best if you inject T whilst avoiding anti androgens.

Basucqlly what I’m telling you is to stop using unhealthy stuff like toothpaste and mouthwash, and get on the paleo diet which is the only pro-androgenic diet and is the original diet Erectus ate (minus the bugs)

Correct in the sense that many daily things are estrogenic/anti androgenic but some of the foods listed are plain wrong.
Nuts for example are good in general for testosterone.
Cauliflower is anti estrogenic and eggs are good for male hormones.

High fat is essential for t production, olive oil can be good for you.

But the soaps and medicines are estrogenic and all kinds of harmful things are put into daily stuff either on purpose or because it's legal and helps production or sales.
