This is my complete guide on height and how it affects your attractiveness.
This is using BAREFOOT afternoon height (or about the height you measure 5-6hrs out of bed.) because this is what time most doctors appointments are (which is what the avg height is based off). You can roughly estimate this by adding 1/4 inch to your night height or subtracting 1/2 inch from your morning height. ROUND TO THE NEAREST 1/2 INCH
The heights shown in ft/inches correspond to that percentile in the US specifically where the avg height is 5'9.5 for young men. DO NOT refer to the ft/inches heights if you do not live in the US or if your US city is a large majority of one race (ex: in the case of large majority white usa it is 5'10.5).
Instead, find the average height of your country on wikipedia for 19yos

Cons: When people see you, the first thing they notice will likely be your pathetic height. Putting a ton of effort into gymcelling, stylemaxxing, etc will just be seen as cope.
Advice: Your chance of getting a high quality relationship is pretty fucked. Geomaxx ASAP to SEA if you are above 5'0. It is your only hope. If you are 5'0 or below, I'm sorry. Just try to blend in, don't cope with the things I mentioned earlier.
