Concerned about the impact my .org acc could have on my job career

Im concerned about my future reputation. In the sense of that some ppl could find my online activities (only .org) and then they know to much about me. Or that my future employe will fire me cuz of my .org account. And since even when u delete the acc ur informaton stays online. And the worst thing is that in advanced search u just need to type in the acc name and then every single comment u made pops up. Its like everybody can see everything and im really concerned that some1 is gunna find me.

Obviously the most rational thing would be „ugh then jus dont post private stuff“ but i wanted to ask yall if there is anything i can do besides that? Since i enjoy time on .org more by being open and saying stuff i wouldnt say in public, but the fact that everything is so easy to track down, is scarring me.
