Eat as few carbs and sodium as possible today. If you do eat carbs, only fibrous/low glycemic index carbs like apples, veggies, etcetera. If you’ve already eaten sodium, then take some potassium chloride. If not, then don’t worry about it. Take dandelion root extract in a pill if you can find it, if not then drink dandelion root tea, should be available at any Walmart. Chug water continuously, drink a few liters.
