How to reverse brain damage/concussions from getting koed and boxing? It is possible or damage is permanent? Dont want to lower my iq than it actually is rn.

Got koed like twice in my life but rocked multiple times by hard sparring. Koes was today and like 5 months ago
Tbh i dont feel dizzy or anything just my pride got fucking hurt i was terrible

Anyway beside going to doctor. Can someone reverse damage cause by this ?

I had a concussion at a young age and have been hit in the head more times than I’d like to admit. Got my brain scanned and I had some minor damage. Nothing compared to say an NFL player but still alarming. I’ll get another scan after blasting gh for a year and report back. Good luck bro and make sure you wear the headgear when sparring

Seems like the only "cure" for this is to spot it early and prevent getting worse. Like look into photobiomodulation therapy where red light is involved. Try hgh before symptoms get worse.

Rn i dont feel anything but i am looking to change lifestyle and take some time off boxing & doing healthy stuff also try to get prescription with hgh (it would not happen anyway cause i live in 3rd world country) but i will try

I didnt get koes but i do boxing for 6 years now and i nearly got koed once from someone hitting my highguard

Damn i have like 1 year since i start but at my gym guys going hard as fuck like when instructor put us to spar he always say shit like go hard or go home to motivate us and people start throwing overhand bombs at eachother.

I saw a guy who got ko like 3 times in a week and keep going. Damn that cant be healthy dude be like 21 yrs too youngcel by time he's 30 he gonna be vegetable
