confidence aint the key and it never was people just say that to cope with the fact that theyre not good looking especially ugly girls on social media they repeat that bullshit like a mantra thinking it will somehow make them more valuable but deep down they know the truth they know that no matter how loud they scream self love or how hard they fake that confidence people still look past them they still get ignored rejected overlooked because in this world looks open doors not your mindset and definitely not your forced attitude confidence is just the last thing people cling to when they got nothing else when they know theyre not pretty enough to win with their face or their body they try to sell this idea that confidence makes you attractive but it doesnt it just makes you louder and more delusional the world judges by appearance first and always has you can scream confidence all you want but if your face doesnt fit the standard you stay invisible and thats the cold truth no amount of fake positivity or body love hashtags will change that people treat you based on what they see first and what they see decides everything before you even open your mouth so no confidence is not the key its just a coping mechanism for people who lost the genetic lottery and want to feel better about it but feelings dont change reality and reality doesnt care about how confident you are when you ugly
