you could take topical minox since its otc and easy to get (any chain store sells it) but its near impossible to control the dosage

Do NOT drink castor oil. It's a laxative, it was literally used by fascists to torture people who opposed the regime.

There isn't an "oral" castor oil. It's just drinking castor oil, which is a potent laxative.
Don't drink any other oils either, such as rosemary oil which is toxic when ingested.
Just take oral minoxidil and apply castor oil with rosemary oil TOPICALLY on where you want to improve hair growth.

no I just use a 1ml syringe dropper to measure out 0.1ml of 5% topical minoxidil, is equivalent to 5mg

-water
-propyl glycol
-alcohol
-minoxidil
