I am 5’9 16, but Fucking fat. i am at a standpoint and lost and need you beautiful .org fuckers to help me decide.
I want to cut and burn my fat . i am currently on week 3 on reta it works like a charm, 4kgs down 104–>100. eating 1800 calories daily and jumproping daily (on break coz of shin splints)
status of my growth plates: Unconfirmed (not sure)
but i want to hit like atleast 180cm so like 5 more cm
but shit bro i need weight off me asap.
so this threads response (if helpfull) will be my
decision to cut or recomp or what ever the fuck.
END GOAL: Loose Fat + Optimization For height growth

I’m 16.10 , 5’9”, 100 kg, and losing weight on retatrutide. Growth plates unknown, aiming for ~180 cm. Should I cut, recomp, or optimize for height while losing fat?
