I think it could be legit but I am afraid it can't be taken via oral route. Plus it might not actually increase height. This hormone is secreted before birth to increase the width of pelvis by relaxing the ligaments there. It might only affect those bones. A while ago I was interested in this because if let's say it could affect all the ligaments and sutures I was thinking that it could also accelerate and speed up the process of maxillary protraction by maybe relaxing the maxillary sutures as well, but like I said I wasn't able to find any info on that

Difficult to say. Probably an individual matter! When you look at pregnant women: some grow 2cm, some grow 4 cm, some can even grow 10cm... it's probably a Gaussian distribution.
