I want the most blackpilled surgeon possible but I don't know if Dr. Sailer would be the way for me just because of how much he costs, I'm hoping to get insurance to cover it so it may be hard to get it going. On the other hand, I'm pretty confident about insurance covering a bimax from Ramieri, but I also want good results, so I don't know which one to go with.

There are plenty of surgeons out there who are aesthetics oriented.
If you feel really strongly about Salier or Ramieri, get a consult with them then consult locally to see if you can get it done more cheaply and conveniently.

My problem is I want a professional, commercial surgeon who won't botch me. And Ramieri and Sailer have almost no botches themselves. I also have no idea what surgeons near my area are good and would suit my aesthetic preferences.

I understand. You’d obviously have to shop around and investigate yourself.

I’m just saying don’t discount surgeons who might offer similar results but just don’t advertise. You could always benchmark plans given by Ramieri or Salier against what they’re offering.

Every surgeon has botches.

Sailer is too old now. He should have retired years ago but these surgeons never know when to hang it up

Literally just ask them do you know what the blackpill is

As snicket said, you can easily find a good surgeon with an eye for aesthetics.

Also every surgeon has cases of botches, i don't think that ramieri would promote his botched cases or any other surgeons, is he a good surgeon?, yes, is he the best?, you'll always find as good or even better for cheaper.

Sailer is 70+ and Raffaini is 67 are both too old now

You should have consult them before 2024

Ramieri and Pags are younger in their mid 40s and cheaper, in 10-15 years they will probably be regarded as the best max fac in Europe and be more expansive
