Why would you want to make your jaw vertically taller? It doesn't look short by any means. If you want forward projection then you can get a chin implant. Jaw implants (alone, as in mandibular angle implants) are made to increase width, which your face seems to actually need as your face looks a bit narrow and scraggly.

I think that part looks very bad from side view, looks very messy and not clean.
Also that beard looks like grown from minoxidil, no?

Also title didn't load did not see that you ask for jaw implants 💀:feelshah:

I came to this idea because when I add vertical mandibular implants my cheeks will get more hollow, and it will make my face harmonious because of my bigger nose. That was the idea behind it anyway.

About the width. Idk think it would make my face overly squarish??

1st, do you have money?
2nd, go see a plastic surgeon and get their opinion

I mean do plastic surgeons really have an eye for blackpill. Not really I think.
lol what? plastic surgeons make their money from blackpillers. they have to satisfy you if you're BP'd

Look in this angle for example, you can tell that my jaw size is too small for the size of my nose.

This is roughly how it would look with the vertical mandibular implants with a bit of forward chin projection:

His bigonial width is like 91% in the first picture, any more widening will make him look like a box.

He should lean down & shave before doing any of this surgery nonsense first.
I am already lean. Not above 14% bf.
