Considering Orbital Box Osteotomy in the future... (MY STATS and CBCT)

I have jaw surgery in May
Also planning on getting canthoplasty + pexy and saddle infraorbital implants + fat grafting later on but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do if I were going to get orbital box in the future.

@RealSurgerymax Do you think I would benefit from OBO or the alternative procedures + supraorbital implant to lengthen the supra foramen part which could possibly pull the upper eyelids to the sides and make my eyes appear wider which then could mask my issue a little bit..?

Just remeasured myself as best as possible, actually brutal. Hopefully I can find a surgery that can fix this that isn't OBO

I'm considering it but for now I'd be only like 40% down for it.
I think I would be able to find a surgeon to make it happen in an asian country for less than 10k, easily.
