considering taking accutane without prescription - any advice?

I used to take doxycycline but that shit didn’t help me. I want to take accutane but don’t want to go through all the dermatologist appointments and stuff. But I saw that you have to get blood work done, look at a couple of things in your body etc.. before using accutane, and while using it. Does anyone have suggestions for me?
